Job summary

kansasbehavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Kansas. This role focuses on hands-on intervention, data collection, and family collaboration to support independence and positive behaviors.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and the position is described as part-time with flexible scheduling. Training and supervision are available to help you start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
