Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas offers part-time roles delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with full training provided and no prior experience required. You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record session data with electronic devices, and support children with Autism toward independence.

This position offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, Same Day Pay, and requires a minimum six-month commitment while

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community‑based locations.
• All positions start off part‑time.
• Required to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
