Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help clients build communication, social, and independence skills under mentorship from a BCBA.

The role offers after-school or weekend availability, part-time hours, and ongoing training to support professional growth in ABA therapy and family guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

About the Role
