Job summary

The Doe Run Company in Boss, MO is seeking a BSN Support Crew to operate the BSN (breaking, separation, and neutralization) systems. You will monitor and operate the bunker, breaker circuit, separation circuit, neutralization circuit, and water plant on a rotating shift.

This role offers pay at $28.59 per hour with a 5% targeted monthly bonus, day‑one insurance, and 80 hours of vacation after 90 days. On‑the‑job training with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mobile and heavy equipment certifications are provided upon hire.
• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with PLC operation, operating mobile equipment, and 5S/Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PLC readout screens, interpret data and adjust parameters.
• Safely operate loader to move and mix feed into the breaker unit.
• Monitor and operate the separation circuit.
• Monitor and operate the BSN baghouse and scrubber systems.
• Monitor and operate polypropylene system and prepare material for shipment to customer.
• Assist with the acid neutralization circuit and water plant.
• Serve as back up to the BSN Operator when needed.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Follow EHS policies to maintain safety and environmental compliance.
