Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an organized BSA/OFAC Compliance Assistant in Owensboro, KY. You will monitor compliance programs, review AML alerts, and assist employees with BSA questions, while analyzing customer activity and reporting suspicious behavior.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field; associate degree preferred. Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and Verafin is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of related field experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Verafin helpful.
• Knowledge of compliance documentation and BSA/OFAC rules.
• Strong communication, clerical, and administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist bank employees with BSA related questions
• Review customer activity and trend reporting
• Assist with research and reporting of suspicious activities
• Conduct OFAC and 314(a) monitoring
• Assist with other work in the department as needed

Requirements

• Required High School or GED
• Preferred Associate Degree in business administration or related field
