The AML/BSA Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational components of the organization’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti‑Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance program. This role leads a team responsible for alert investigations, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong data and analytics skills to enhance program efficiency, optimize workflows, and support risk‑based decision‑making. The manager ensures full alignment with federal and state regulatory requirements while driving continuous process improvement.
The hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits.
