ING Americas is seeking a Test Lead with BSA/AML, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening expertise for a contractor role in New York. You will oversee end-to-end testing, data validation, UAT coordination, and regulatory compliance activities across multiple teams and vendors.

We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with domain expertise in BSA/AML, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions Screening. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end testing, data validation, and UAT coordination of Financial Crime systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations (FFIEC, DFS, AML policies).
This role requires strong leadership skills, hands‑on testing experience, and the ability to work effectively with Business, Technology, Operations, and external vendors.

Hourly Rate: $90-108
