Responsibilities

• 40% Monitors, researches and completes paperwork to ensure Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
• 30% Reviews OFAC compliance reports from FiServ and related systems.
• 10% Maintains databases and logs (Unusual Activity Referral DB, Memento, BSA Case Log, BAM 2.0 SAR Manager).
• 10% Assists in obtaining information for investigations (record retrieval, branch communications).
• 5% Assists in deploying surveys and risk assessments per Information Security Program.
• 5% Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $19.36 - $25.81

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years Banking or customer service experience required

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge and application of Microsoft Windows products, specifically Excel, Word
• Good organizational and clerical skills
• Strong written and verbal communications

Tasks Performed

• 40% Monitors, researches and completes the necessary paperwork to ensure that the Bank Secrecy Act is complied with.
• 30% Review and verify OFAC compliance reports from FiServ transaction, time, loan, safe deposit and ICIF systems shareholder services.
• 10% Maintain various databases and logs including the Unusual Activity Referral Database, Memento, BSA Case Log, and the BAM 2.0 SAR Manager.
• 10% Assist in obtaining critical information for use in investigations. This includes, but is not limited to, record retrieval and branch communications.
• 5% Assist in deploying surveys and risk assessments in accordance with the Bank’s Information Security Program.
• 5% Other duties as assigned.
