Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field preferred.
• At least 3+ years of banking, BSA/AML, fraud, investigations, operations or related experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong communication skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of banking principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform suspicious activity monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct analytical reviews and determine SAR eligibility; file SARs with FinCEN when needed.
• Prepare thorough case investigations with evidence evaluation and documentation.
• Assist with BSA/AML and OFAC compliance issues and regulatory reporting.
