Job summary

Prosperity Bank in Plano, TX seeks a detail‑driven BSA FIU Analyst I to review alerts from the Transaction Monitoring System and perform in‑depth research on potentially suspicious activity. This full‑time role supports BSA/AML/OFAC compliance and escalations to the BSA FIU II level.

Requirements include a minimum of three years’ BSA/AML banking experience, knowledge of BSA/AML, CIP and OFAC, proficiency with MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years BSA/AML-related banking experience
• Experience using Verafin (TMS) is a plus
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML, CIP, and OFAC regulations

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and transactional data to identify and report potential suspicious activity
• Perform in-depth research and detailed account analysis on alerted activity
• Maintain productivity and QA standards
• Maintain proficient knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC regulations
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures
• Report any suspicious or unusual activity
• Complete annual BSA/AML and Compliance training
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
