Tennant Company in Louisville, KY is seeking a Brush Operator Level 1 to set up and run CNC brush manufacturing equipment, ensuring safety and quality while meeting productivity targets.
You will perform cell work, inspect parts, perform preventive maintenance, and support lean improvements. This role requires standing all shift, lifting up to 30 lbs, and a High School diploma with basic mechanical aptitude.
Location: United States - Louisville, KY
Hours: Monday - Thursday 5am - 3pm; Friday when needed
Pay: $16.54 - $24.71

Total Compensation = Pay range + Benefits

Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
