Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group in New Orleans is seeking servers to provide friendly, responsive service during brunch hours across our Ruby Krewe brands. You’ll help guests enjoy breakfast and lunch, and you’ll be part of a team that values hospitality and guest delight.

As a Ruby Krewe member, you’ll embody brunch life, handle POS, and assist with basic dining procedures. Benefits include medical & dental, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and pay increases.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and responsive service to guests.
• Basic math skills; handle money and operate POS.
• Stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift trays (20–25 lbs).
• Communicate and understand guests' language needs.
• Knowledge of dining room procedures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Embody brunch life and give guests a lagniappe to build Ruby fans.
• Maintain knowledge of dining procedures and POS operation.
• Be able to communicate with guests and work while standing for long shifts.
