Job summary

Mills Property Management is seeking a Property Manager in Brookings, SD to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned property portfolio. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Work is part-time (20 hours per week); the ideal candidate has an Associate's Degree or 3+ years of management experience and 3–5 years of computer experience (Windows OS, Outlook, Word).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3 years of management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of computer experience, including Windows OS, Outlook and Word.

Property Manager will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and oversee maintenance processes.
Property Manager will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE
