Job summary

Brookdale at Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one companionship and non-medical care in seniors’ homes. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available, with same-day interviews.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, grooming, and mobility, while promoting residents' safety and dignity. Base pay is determined by skills and experience; Brookdale offers benefits and opportunities for growth, including health coverage, 401(k), and paid

Qualifications

• Must have completed State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
• Experience providing non-medical personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and resident status updates at shift start and end.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital signs per policy.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Complete CNA/STNA course; maintain certification as required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant`s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company` s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
