Qualifications

• Valid New York State HHA certification.
• Current physical and medical documents (within the last 12 months).
• Warm, patient and dependable.
• Driving preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene and mobility.
• Give medication reminders and help with daily living activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments as needed.
• Document care and report changes in a client's condition.
