Job summary

The Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA, seeks a board-certified/eligible Interventional Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship-trained physician to lead our expanding Advanced Bronchoscopy program. This leadership role focuses on bronchoscopic and pleural procedures and program growth across the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible Interventional Pulmonology and Critical Care fellowship-trained.
• Experience leading bronchoscopy programs is preferred.
• Strong teaching and research involvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of bronchoscopy program.
• Balance inpatient (ICU/consults), PTO/CME, procedural time, and outpatient clinic.
• Provide state-of-the-art care for a broad range of pulmonary conditions.
• Lead and teach fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Participate in scholarly activities and interdisciplinary programs.
