Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Brokerage Management Consulting Senior Manager in the United States for high-impact transformation programs across the brokerage and insurance value chain. You will partner with senior client executives to shape transformation agendas, mobilize large-scale programs, and ensure measurable outcomes through cross-functional delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management consulting or related transformation experience.
• 5+ years leading complex enterprise transformation programs.
• 3+ years advising senior business and technology stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business and technology executives to define transformation objectives and priorities.
• Shape the vision, value case, roadmap, governance, and mobilization approach.
• Align business, operations, architecture, data, engineering, risk, change, and delivery teams.
• Oversee operating model, workflow, digital core, data, and AI design.
• Guide executive decisions by framing options, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Establish clear decisions, owners, sequencing, measures, and value-realization plans.
• Lead client relationships, solution shaping, proposals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead and develop cross-functional consulting teams, maintaining accountability for quality and client impact.
