• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if you hold 63 or 65 in lieu of 66, an offer may be extended with a passing score for the missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Experience in financial services or a sales environment meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong ability to build relationships, communicate confidently with clients, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or financial center client base.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
