Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator to provide comprehensive marketing, research, operational, and administrative support to its high‑performing brokerage team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposals, presentation decks, and marketing collateral, ensuring accurate branding and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in new business development, leasing, and sales activities for the team.
  • Respond to client requests for data and information, including market surveys and property comparisons.
  • Review and proofread internal and external collateral materials.
  • Develop and catalog business intelligence for brokerage teams.
  • Provide lease reviews, abstracts, and basic financial analysis using assigned software.
  • Coordinate broker requests, client gifts, correspondence, and occasional events.
  • Assist with marketing and PR strategy, social media best practices, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Complete accounting tasks such as expense reports, pipeline entries, and deal sheets.
  • Arrange travel and conference room scheduling for team members.
  • Maintain professional, proactive performance at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, real estate, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate.
  • Real Estate Salesperson license preferred or willing to obtain.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Teams, Outlook, CRM/database management, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organization, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate it into actionable deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail with superior proofreading and editing abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workloads to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Discretion regarding personnel and industry matters; confidentiality is a priority.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic, responsibility, and customer service focus.
