Our Construction & Infrastructure Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker II to join our Boston team. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite weekly) preferrably in Chicago, Atlanta, Boston or another Aon location.

The Casualty Broker plays a key role in assessing client needs, preparing market submissions, and negotiating coverage terms with insurers to secure optimal outcomes. This role collaborates closely with the National Construction Casualty Broking Leaders, Account Executives, Originators, and Account Specialists across Aon's Commercial Risk platform.
This Broker opportunity is designed to be more than just a transactional role-it's a strategic, client-facing opportunity that blends deep industry expertise with leadership and innovation.
Bachelor's degree in with emphasis in business, preferably finance or accounting or equivalent years of industry experience.
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $150,000-$200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Boston, MA. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
