A telecommunications services provider is seeking a Broker Assistant to manage client accounts through remote interaction. The role involves processing service requests, quoting coverages, and ensuring client satisfaction through communication and problem-solving. Candidates need a Property & Casualty license and 2 years of insurance experience.
The Broker Assistant will oversee a portfolio of clients through relationship building and client account development. This will be a remote role. Other responsibilities include handling service requests, identifying potential risk issues, quoting additional coverages and policies, and tracking renewals.
