Qualifications

• Must be LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT or CURRENTLY ENROLLED in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for visits and meetings.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the country.
• Must be going into real estate as a Full-Time agent.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend real estate solutions.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, and closings in compliance with standards.
• Maintain and update property listings to reflect current market.
• Market and present properties to buyers and investors.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions
• Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation
• Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
