What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, high-energy work . You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts-so take those breaks to recharge!
• Crew-first mentality . We support each other, have everyone's back, and get the job done-together.
• Weather-ready . Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine-we've got Dutch gear to help!
• Some heavy lifting . You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!).
• Reliability . You'll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Training & Development . We'll set you up for success with hands-on training and menu knowledge tests to make sure you meet Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

• Up to $16.00 per hour
• Number includes an average tip of $6.00 per hour. What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in your community.
