Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Crew member to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy shop where you’ll engage customers, educate them on the menu, and embody the brand values with kindness and momentum.

You’ll be on your feet for long shifts, deliver next-level service, and enjoy competitive base pay of $15.15/hour plus tips, with strong growth opportunities across shops, HQ, and development programs.

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts!
• Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s backs, and get the job done together.
• Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions; rain or shine. Don’t worry we’ve got Dutch gear to help!
• Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout).
• Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

$15.15 per hour base pay + an average of $7.00 per hour in tips
