Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a friendly, fast-paced shift worker to greet customers with a smile and provide top-tier service. You’ll educate guests on the menu, help them discover new favorites, and embody the brand’s values in a lively, high-energy environment.

You’ll stay fast and focused while crafting high-quality drinks, staying reliable and ready for each shift. Expect heavy lifting at times and a welcoming, crew-first culture with growth opportunities.
