Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring for a fast-paced, high-energy role focused on exceptional customer service. You’ll engage with customers, educate them on the menu, and craft high-quality drinks while contributing to a positive, crew-first environment.

This position offers base pay of $10 per hour plus average tips, with up to 65 lbs lifting and shifts up to 10 hours. Training, tips variability, and opportunities for growth within the company are highlighted in the compensation note.

Compensation:

$10.00 per hour base pay + an average of $5.75 per hour in tips
