Dutch Bros Coffee in Cornelius, IN is seeking energetic teammates to join our fast-paced, people-first team. As a crew member, you’ll engage customers with a smile, educate on the menu, embody our upbeat culture, and keep up with the hustle while delivering high-quality drinks.

What to Expect:

• Fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts!
• Crew-first mentality. We support each other, have everyone’s backs, and get the job done together.
• Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions; rain or shine. Don’t worry we’ve got Dutch gear to help!
• Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout).
• Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:

Up to $21.05 per hour

Number includes an average tip of $4.25 per hour. What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in your community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
