PCA - Personal Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Feeding – food preparation
• Turning clients every two hours (for bedridden patients)
• ROM, lifting, and transferring patients into beds and wheelchairs
• Examining patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current TB screen (PPD)
• Pass drug screening
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Vital Signs Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• English proficiency
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• None required for license/certification
