Job summary

ANCO is seeking a Broadcast Tower Technician based out of Hartford, SD, with 80%+ travel. You will climb towers, rig antennas, feed coax and handle RF work.

The role requires 1–2 years tower experience, a valid driver’s license, and mechanical aptitude. It offers competitive pay, full benefits after 90 days, 401(k) with match, PTO and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of tower technician experience.
• Able to climb towers up to 2,000 ft and work in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Mechanically inclined and capable of hands-on rigs and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Climb 100–2,000+ ft towers.
• Rig and install antennas, coax, and RF components.
• Perform all weather, physically demanding tower work.
• Travel up to 80% with per diem and lodging support.

Requirements
