In addition to WESH and CW18, our engineering team also supports WMOR‑TV in Tampa, providing exposure to multi‑station operations and centralized broadcast workflows.

As a flagship station within Hearst, we are frequently among the first to deploy and test new broadcast and IT technologies. Our engineering team supports high‑profile live events, including major sports coverage, remote broadcasts, and community initiatives such as the OUC Marathon and Share Your Christmas.

  • Travel as needed to transmitter sites, remote locations, and live event venues
  • Document systems, workflows, and technical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and IT team members to support station operations and new technology deployments
Requirements
  • This role participates in a structured, rotating schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The rotation is designed to provide balanced coverage while ensuring exposure to all aspects of station operations.
