TEGNA’s Design Tank in Denver, Colorado is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer with strong 3D or editing to join our internal creative team servicing our broadcast television stations and digital platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer will create complex animated graphics, infographics, and kinetic typography, working with a team that supports all TEGNA stations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in design/arts.
• Formal training in design/arts school; motion graphics background preferred.
• Proficient in Cinema 4D and/or Blender; editing experience OK.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills; Premiere Pro and After Effects essential.
• Broadcast experience and a strong design portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate broadcast graphics for local news stations and campaigns.
• Communicate with stations about projects and daily graphics needs.
• Handle other essential tasks as assigned.
