Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting broadcast engineering or IT environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of baseband and IP systems.
• Familiarity with Windows administration and endpoint support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing concepts.
• Ability to work calmly under deadline pressure and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift/handle equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot broadcast plant systems, including master control, studio/control room, routing/switching, intercom, audio, and monitoring.
• Support news and production workflows (NRCS, newsroom editing, media asset management, ingest/playout, automation).
• Administer and troubleshoot IP networks supporting broadcast systems
