Job summary

Draper Media in Wilmington, DE and Havre De Grace, MD is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to maintain, repair and install broadcast equipment, ensuring reliable signals for radio and related operations.

Job description

Draper Media has an immediate opening for a Broadcast Engineer for our Wilmington, DE and Havre De Grace, MD radio stations. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of broadcast equipment, resolving technical issues and supporting remote broadcasts and special events.

Candidates should have proven experience in radio broadcasting, television broadcasting or similar technical experience, with knowledge of radio frequency engineering. Strong understanding of FCC compliance and proficiency with broadcasting software tools is required. Candidates should be capable of working in both a team environment and independently, with excellent project management and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Employment is contingent on successfully passing criminal background and drug screen tests.
