As part of our technical team, you will support both IT and broadcast systems, ensuring our equipment and network deliver top-quality content. This role is ideal for someone with a background in television or radio engineering seeking a fast-paced media environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain broadcast systems, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment.
• Monitor systems performance and resolve issues during live or recorded broadcasts.
• Manage content workflows, including ingesting, storing, and retrieving data.
• Install and configure broadcast equipment such as cameras, servers, routers, and control systems.
• Support digital streaming operations.
• Respond quickly to technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to improve operations.
• Assist in improving broadcast and IT infrastructure as needed.

What You Need To Succeed

• Degree in electronics or 2-4 years of experience in television or radio.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast equipment.
• Problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with IT security practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during live broadcasts.

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
