Qualifications
4-6 years of experience with television compression and distribution systems preferred.
Solid knowledge of baseband video, audio, and metadata troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze signal flow and produce system drawings.
Experience with MPEG4 encoding technologies and encryption/authorization technology.
Basic knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain compression and encoding systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment outages and technical problems.
Provide engineering support for global monitoring platforms.
Conduct diagnostic testing and manage equipment maintenance.
Create and implement standard operating procedures.
