Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with television compression and distribution systems preferred.
• Solid knowledge of baseband video, audio, and metadata troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze signal flow and produce system drawings.
• Experience with MPEG4 encoding technologies and encryption/authorization technology.
• Basic knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain compression and encoding systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment outages and technical problems.
• Provide engineering support for global monitoring platforms.
• Conduct diagnostic testing and manage equipment maintenance.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures.
