What You’ll Do

• Create and lead new client relationships for broadcast-focused accounts, serving as the strategic and day-to-day lead.
• Lead pitches, presentations, and workshops that bring broadcast solutions to life.
• Partner with creative, production, and strategy teams to translate client goals into broadcast-ready ideas and executions.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources to keep projects humming without sacrificing creative impact.
• Anticipate client needs, spot opportunities, and proactively guide account growth.
• Champion innovation in how Pinnacle approaches broadcast storytelling within experiential campaigns.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of client relationship experience in broadcast, live production, or integrated marketing.
• Fluent in both the creative language of storytelling and the operational language of delivery.
• Equally comfortable in the control room and the client boardroom.
• A natural leader who knows how to build trust, rally teams, and navigate complexity with calm.
• Sharp communicator who prefers clarity over fluff.
