AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician in Raleigh, NC to install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers homes and small businesses. You will work independently, often in customers residences, climbing ladders and moving gear as needed.

The role offers a 40-hour workweek with evenings, weekends, overtime, and holiday availability. Training is provided, and you will be integrated into a supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

  • Valid state drivers license.
  • Lifts up to 60 lbs and can climb ladders.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Pre-employment assessment required.

Responsibilities

  • Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
  • Maintain safety and ladder protocols.
