Job summary

Astound is seeking a motivated individual to support monitoring and coordination of customer technician routes. You will maintain communication with technicians, perform pre-call outreach to customers, and conduct post-installation surveys.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with on-site duties and a comprehensive benefits package. Base pay is hourly, with potential bonuses and benefits depending on performance and location.

Base Salary: The base range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
