JGM Fabricators & Constructors—a 75,000 sq. ft. AISC Advanced Bridge Certified shop in Sinking Spring, PA—seeks a Bridge Welding Specialist (AWS D1.5) to join our production team.
You’ll review shop drawings and WPSs, strike your first arc before sunrise, and weld heavy plate assemblies for lift spans and trestles, coordinating with crane operators for safe placement. Facility: 75,000 sq. ft. AISC Advanced Bridge Certified fabrication shop that’s actively expanding to take on more large, complex builds.
Pay: $22–$34 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
Schedule: Start at 5:00 AM, work 10-hour days, with a 30-minute lunch
