Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PM/Estimator experience in structural steel or related construction.
• Experience with fabrication/erection projects and cost control.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full cost estimates with profit margins.
• Coordinate with Sales and Pre-construction to define scope and timelines.
• Ensure contractual terms are maintained and costs stay within budget.
• Interface with departments to schedule work and materials.
• Meet with customers and vendors to resolve barriers and maximize production.
• Travel to job sites as required and prepare management reports.
