HNTB Corporation in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a degree-qualified engineer with 4+ years of bridge or structural design experience to join our team. You will produce and modify design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects and collaborate with the project manager to support project execution.

You will mentor junior staff, apply engineering principles, use MicroStation and AutoCAD, and coordinate with multiple disciplines on multi-discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degrees.
• PE certification preferred.
• Experience with bridge/structural design and layout.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work within schedule and hours.
• Develop project specifications.
• Develop discipline-specific elements (reports, designs, plans).
• Coordinate and boost productivity of team members.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Perform quality control reviews of deliverables.
• Support planning of schedules and workload distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
