Job summary

Andersen James Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Bridge Engineering Leader to own and grow the Texas structures practice, lead projects across major bridge, highway and transportation infrastructure, and build a high‑performing team of engineers.

This role combines technical leadership with business development, mentoring, and client relationship management, backed by an established client base and a strong project pipeline in Texas.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of bridge/structural engineering experience.
• Strong TxDOT experience and understanding of the Texas transportation market.
• Experience managing projects, clients and engineering teams.
• Ability to develop client relationships, pursue opportunities and help win new work.
• A leader who can mentor engineers, build teams and drive growth.

I’m partnering with a growing engineering consultancy looking for an experienced Bridge Engineer to take ownership, build a team and lead the continued growth of its Texas Structures division.
