M&J Engineering P.C. is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader in Virginia to oversee and manage bridge inspection and structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead inspection teams, coordinate with diverse clients and agencies, and ensure quality delivery of bridge inspections.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, five years of bridge inspection experience, and strong knowledge of National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS). A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including insurance and a 401(k) plan.

M&J is seeking an experienced Bridge Inspection Team Leader to support bridge inspection and structural engineering projects throughout the DMV region. The successful candidate will lead inspection teams, manage field operations, coordinate with clients and government agencies, and contribute to the successful delivery of bridge inspection and rehabilitation projects.
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
