Job summary

gpac is partnering with a Tampa-based engineering firm to recruit a Senior Bridge Engineer, PE with 10-15 years of experience. The role focuses on technical leadership, business development, and long-term ownership potential.

The candidate will lead complex bridge projects, mentor engineers, and influence the growth of the structures practice in a highly autonomous, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 10-15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience.
• Strong bridge design and analysis background.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• FDOT experience highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term leadership/ownership.
