Job summary

K2 Construction is seeking a Crane Operator to efficiently operate various heavy equipment while assisting in the operations of Bridge and Box Culvert construction sites. Candidates should have NCCCO certifications and the physical ability to handle demanding tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders.

Job description

Crane Operator: $25-$35

K2 Construction is seeking a highly motivated Crane Operator, that is also efficient with several types of heavy equipment such as skid loaders, dozers, and excavators. The individual will be expected to assist in the general operations of Bridge and/or Box Culvert construction sites. Experience with diesel pile hammer and vibratory hammer driving operations is beneficial, but not a must. The individual must have current NCCCO certifications for LBC and TLL at minimum. Must have knowledge of rigging compliance and procedures, along with knowledge of equipment load limits.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The work that is done by K2 Construction is physically demanding no matter what position you are in. Candidates will need to be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp, speak, communicate, and see. Candidate must be able to lift loads of 100 pounds and have dexterity. Candidate will also need to be able to climb up and down a ladder.
