Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is looking for an Estimator (Bridge/Structural) to manage transportation projects in Maryland and Virginia. The candidate will need to review proposals and specifications, perform cost estimates, and coordinate with project teams.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $75,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and education. The position may work from either Annapolis Junction, MD or Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5 years of related experience preferred for non-degreed candidates.
• 3 years of estimating on heavy civil projects is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals, specifications, and drawings to determine scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and complete cost estimates.
• Coordinate with estimators and operations managers for complete estimates.
