Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks Bridge Coatings Inspectors to support projects across the Midwest, including KY, IL, and IN. Candidates should have a CIP 1 and at least one year of coatings inspection for bridges, with preferred SSPC BCI and C3 Supervisor certifications. Travel to various sites and potential night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum Level CIP 1, Basic Coatings Inspector and at least 1 year of experience inspecting bridge coating projects.
• Preferred certifications include SSPC Bridge Coating Inspector (BCI), SSPC C3 Supervisor, and Competent Person Training for Deleading of Industrial Structures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept, and/or reject work per specifications or codes; monitor waste materials and traffic control as specified.
• Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports on conditions, progress, weather, and acceptability of work.
• Travel to multiple job sites as needed; some assignments may include night shifts.
