Luxe Brands in Houston seeks a Bridal Stylist to deliver a personalized shopping experience for brides-to-be. You will guide gown selection, maintain designer knowledge, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

Part-time hours include Saturdays and Sundays with weekday shifts as needed; compensation starts at $14/hour plus commissions, with total earnings potential up to $25-$32/hour depending on performance.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
• Proficient reading, writing, and verbal English to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Guide brides through the gown selection process with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintain expert knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
• Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
