Our Client, A Luxury Bridal Company, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join the team!

Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist and advise the client with a professional demeanor while providing excellent service and satisfying their needs.
• Meet the sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.
• On a daily basis, complete appointment‑related tasks to properly prepare for upcoming appointments, ensuring perfect attention to detail and customer satisfaction; also organize daily activities to be performed.
• Generate business and traffic through the management of the client portfolio and the clients that arrive through the contact center.
• Communicate with Central regarding product to ensure availability and compliance with established quality requirements and defined delivery times.
• Perform administrative support tasks (telephone support, cashier closing, receipt of merchandise, tracking, transfers, inventories, etc.), contributing to the excellent operation of the store.
• Ensure at all times a correct store image by following the internal policy on order and visual standards for the sales area, workshop, and warehouse.
