Job summary

Grace Loves Lace in San Francisco seeks a full-time Bridal Stylist to create unforgettable moments for brides-to-be. You will provide personalized private styling appointments, ensuring exceptional service and a warm, confident experience in our boutique.

Role requires weekend work and a 32-hour schedule across weekends and weekdays. You’ll represent the brand, stay IT-savvy, and contribute to sales goals while wearing the brand’s luxury products in-store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service
• Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs
• Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey
• Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range
• Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills
• Highest standard of attention to detail
• Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed
• Intermediate IT & Administration capability skills. Experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg. NetSuite is advantageous
• Our peak times are the weekend so the successful candidate must be able to work weekends

• Multi-task between appointments and follow up with brides by email/phone using an iPad
• Maintain high commitment and work ethic with extensive product knowledge
• Represent the brand as ambassadors, wearing provided products in-store
• Must be able to work weekends, our busiest days
